During sign up we’ll ask you to provide payment information and set up Direct Debits for your charger repayment, if you have chosen to pay monthly. Although you have set up your Direct Debits, we will not activate these until your charger has been installed and we’ve confirmed everything is working as expected.
If you have chosen to pay upfront for your charger, payment will be taken at the point of placing your order, however the Egg Plus subscription will not start until your charger has been installed.
During sign up you will have selected your preferred Direct Debit payment date. Your payments will start once your charger has been installed, on the next payment day you have selected. From this point, if you have chosen to pay by consumer credit, you will make a total of 36 monthly payments.
