Error code BMS 165

My Solax battery has stopped working and I see error code 165

Thankfully this should be a quick fix, it's a by-product of needing a firmware update.

If you contact Solax with your inverter serial number (usually a 14 digits/characters starting with a 'H') and let them know you have the error code and would like the firmware updating, they'll do this for you.

Solax will then come back to you saying that it's been resolved or if there are any more steps to follow.

If you have any other error codes then let Solax know and they will be able to get to the root of the problem. In some instances they will ask for the code from the screen on the inverter but they will direct you how to find this.
