Can I replace or upgrade an existing FIT installation without losing my FIT?

Yes. Customers can replace components of the existing FIT (Feed in Tariff) or upgrade the existing TIC (total installed capacity) without losing their FIT.

The supplier and Ofgem must be notified of modifications. For upgrade/additional panels, a new MC certification for the extra installed capacity ONLY must be generated. The original installation documentation must stay intact as to not void your FIT accreditation.
